Halo Subscription Boxes
The Halo subscription box memberships will be billed on the date you start your box subscription. You will be billed each month for the coming month’s box. The Gold subscription box will be an assortment of our products. The products will vary due to supply availability. The Platinum boxes will consist of 2 bundles of our luxury hair collection up to 14 inches.
Cancelation Policy for Subscription Boxes
You must cancel your subscription at least 48hrs before payment is scheduled to come out of your account. If cancelation is initiated after the customer will receive that billing cycle box and not the following month thereafter.
Exchange policy and return policy
There are No Returns on our Like Sunday Collections hair extensions and custom products. All sales are final as well as hair luxury box sales and no exchanges so please make sure you double and triple check your orders before clicking submit. The only exception if you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping confirmation can and exchange or mistake is corrected. You will receive a confirming email that the change has been made if you do not receive an updated confirmation your order has already been processed.
Products that are damaged from shipping will be replaced within 7-10 business days of the original notification of damage to the property a photo of damage must be attached along with the order number in the email to customer service.
