Policies and Procedures

It is our goal here at The Like Sunday Collection that all our customers have a luxurious experience and excellent customer service is had by all every time you shop with us.

All orders will only be processed Monday –Friday only, excluding all major USA holidays and Federal holidays. All orders placed before 5 pm will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. All military base shipments may take up to 21 days due to customs and military handling. Due to the recent pandemic changes, please allow a possible 7-10 days for the shipping delay.

Halo Subscription Boxes

The Halo subscription box memberships will be billed on the date you start your box subscription.  You will be billed each month for the coming month’s box.  The Gold subscription box will be an assortment of our products.  The products will vary due to supply availability. The Platinum boxes will consist of 2 bundles of our luxury hair collection up to 14 inches.

Cancelation Policy for Subscription Boxes

You must cancel your subscription at least 48hrs before payment is scheduled to come out of your account. If cancelation is initiated after the customer will receive that billing cycle box and not the following month thereafter. 

Exchange policy  and return policy

There are No Returns on our Like Sunday Collections hair extensions and custom products.  All sales are final as well as hair luxury box sales and no exchanges so please make sure you double and triple check your orders before clicking submit. The only exception if you send an email to before shipping confirmation can and exchange or mistake is corrected. You will receive a confirming email that the change has been made if you do not receive an updated confirmation your order has already been processed.

Products that are damaged from shipping will be replaced within 7-10 business days of the original notification of damage to the property a photo of damage must be attached along with the order number in the email to customer service.
